Seminar Rekayasa Teknologi (SemResTek) 2018

 

 

 

 

 

Seminar Rekayasa Teknologi (SemResTek 2018) is a national conference hosted by the Engineering Faculty of Universitas Pancasila on Wednesday, 15th August 2018. SemResTek 2018as one of the activities to achieve two Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which is chapter #7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) and chapter #9 (Industry, Innovation, and infrastructure) related to Renewable Energy & Green Technology

The purpose of SemResTek 2018 was to provides an overview of actual development capabilities in Renewable Energy a mapping of Green Technology impacts and development related to the increases in economic added value, enforcement of applicable laws/regulation as well as the impacts on environment preservation and human health. 91 researchers participated in SemResTek 2018. Researchers were from 15 cities in Indonesia and one from Japan with a total of 22 universities, 2 research institutions, and 2 industries.  

SemResTek 2018 opened by The Head of PPUP Foundation, Dr. (HC) Ir. Siswono Yudhohusodo and greeting fromThe Dean of Engineering Faculty of Universitas Pancasila, Dr.Ir.Budi Muliawan Suyitno.IPM. Afterward, continued with plenary sessions. The moderator in plenary session was Prof. Dr.Ir. Dahmir Dahlan, M.Sc. and minute in plenary sessions was Dr. Ismail, ST, MT. The Keynote speaker in plenary session, which are:

  • Renewable Energy to Human Independence by Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Ignasius Jonan S.E represented by Ezrom M.D. Tapparan, ST., M.Sc. 
  • Renewable Energy & The Prospect presented by Ir. Latif Gau, MBA, CEO Seatech Energy BV & Tidal Bridge BV – Netherlands.
  • Green Technology presented by Prof. Dr-Ing. Ralf Fӧster, Beuth University of Applied Sciences, Berlin-German.
  • The Role of Indonesia Engineers in realizing Indonesia independence through the development of Renewable Energy dan Green Technology presented by Prof. Dr. Ir. Tresna P. Soemardi, SE., MS., IPM, ASEAN Eng. Head of BKM-PII and Professor of the University of Indonesia. 
  • The Prospect & Development Waste & Biomass Power Plant in Indonesia presented by  Ir. Eka Maulana, MMT, Head of Quality Assurance Universitas Pancasila. 

              After plenary session, parallel session was continued which was divided into 7 groups based on the topics. There are 7 topics, which was:

  1. Renewable Energy
  2. Conversion Energy
  3. Product Design & Technology Efficient
  4. Electronic System & Automation 
  5. Material Technology
  6. Manufacture System
  7. Manufacture Technology

The best paper and best presentation were announced at the end of the conference.
