Abstract

The employee is basically a company’s asset, it can even be said that the employees are part of the company. Successful or unsuccessful a company in achieving its objectives and operational targets is inseparable from the role of employees who competent and has high integrity. Recruitment is a very important part, because it is beginning of a process to assess the quality of human resources that will cooperate with the company in achieving its objectives the company because highly qualified employees support the company. Recruitment and selection process can be carried out autonomously by the institution concerned. However, the company may also use the services of a third party. The use of these services still follow what the proper procedure of employees selection in the field. The Third party is the service provider of recruitment and selection. In recent years, the number of company providing labor recruitment services experienced significant growth because the companies or departments that required prospective employees do not need to be bothered with a variety of procedures to be performed.
