Abstract

Lipstick is product that has the highest sales for 2015 at PT Sophie Paris Indonesia (PT SPI). PT SPI use 3 suppliers to comply the supply of lipstick primary packaging. The suppliers are PT A, PT B, PT C. In the process of selecting the third supplier of lipstick primary packaging, PT SPI only consider two criteria: quality and low price offers while to selecting the procurement prioritize of three preferred suppliers only consider one criterion that is the price of goods is stable, so in the procurement process occurs obstacles such as delays in delivery of goods. Seeing this situation, companies need to identify other criteria that are important to use in the selection and prioritization of suppliers. In this research, decision making method that used is the Analytic Network Process (ANP). ANP is able to handle the relations between supplier selection criteria in a feedback systematic. After identification, the important criteria that used in the selection of suppliers in PT SPI are Quality, Delivery, Price, Communication System and Management and Organization. Based on data processing using ANP, PT B is selected as best supplier of primary packaging of lipstick with the highest priority value that is equal to 0,597. In the next is PT C with priority value 0.221 and PT A with priority value 0,181. Therefore, PT SPI can prioritize the procurement of lipstick primary packaging to PT B.
