Abstract

The rapid growth of waste causes adverse impacts on the environment therefore a good processing effort is required. One of the waste that has high selling value is electrical waste that is copper from the cable core. Currently the copper from the cable obtained by burning the bad impact of burning dioxin release and become a trigger against the onset of cancer. Therefore it is necessary to create an environmentally friendly cable peeler machine, so that the machine can be used properly and safely it is necessary to analyze the engine framework. The results of the analysis using pro-engineering software found that the engine framework is safe because Von Mises stress produced 5.4 MPa smaller than the yield strength of steel used is ST37 of 105 MPa is supported also with the value of strain of 0.00016 N / mm2 occurred at the distance 100 mm, displacement that occurs relatively small that is 0.13mm.
