Abstract

PT Trinetra is a private company with a focus on information technology. Competency system is oneway to assess the asset assessment of Human Resources and there is a description of the achievements and potential of human resources in accordance unit works. Achievement and potential employees can be seen whether the competence in accordance with its work tasks. This research will be appointed a case of finding the best solution to help make decisions advancement of employees at PT Trinetra using Heararchy Analytic Process. Research done by finding the weight values for each attribute, such example is the aspect of intellectual capacity, aspects of the work attitude, and behavioral aspects, then do a ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, namely the promotion of employees.
